Born from the idea of the Florentine Chef Alessio Sedran, “TUSCAN CHEFS” is a collective of chefs, pizza chefs, bartenders, sommeliers and waiter staff, all professionals of the highest level, able to represent a point of reference in the Tuscan restaurant scene in Italy, in Europe and in the world.
Tuscany is a unique region, rich in historical treasures, from cities of art to small characteristic villages, picturesque landscapes, from the rolling hills of Chianti to the magnificent islands and the splendid coasts, and centuries-old traditions, from the Palio of Siena to the Calcio Storico of Florence.
This extraordinary cultural and territorial richness is reflected in a surprising variety of food and wine excellence, given by the union of the genuine products of the generous territory and the wise tradition of age-old recipes.

In the comfort of your home or in any location you want, for breakfasts, lunches or dinners, our private chef service will give you the opportunity to enjoy menus designed and customized by our expert chefs on your needs and tastes, ranging from traditional cuisine, contemporary and gourmet cuisine.
With the collaboration of our sommeliers we will also be able to offer you the perfect combination of wines.
The private chef can offer his service for short or long periods, in Tuscany, in Italy and in the world.
During our courses we will prepare a complete menu together and teach you the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, from the most famous dishes of Renaissance Florence, passing from the mountainous areas of the Casentino up to the peasant traditions of the Maremma and the coasts bathed by the rich sea of our archipelago .
At the end of the lesson we will serve you the dishes you prepared.
Thanks to our portable open flame ovens, our pizza chefs will bring you a real “pizzeria” wherever you want. We will prepare the pizzas on the spot and you can admire our pizza chefs at work and why not try your hand in the preparation of your pizza. Our pizzas, after a slow and accurate leavening, are light and digestible. We only choose the best organic Tuscan flours and fresh local ingredients, such as our Mugello mozzarella, our Maremma vegetables and the prestigious salami from Siena countryside.
